Swap an EANM for a 1600mm plate, probably drop the MAR to a SAR, switch the booster to a web and get a rack of small nos and neuts. And yes, get a rack of EC-600s on there. The Arbitrator is a cruel, cruel cruiser and IMO possibly the best T1 PvP...
